I specialize in projects that have their own dynamics. Its beginning and end.
- Plan, prepare, start, carry out and close the project. Alternative to closure: enter the "cruising height" and train staff to continue /follow up the project.
- Help your family business prepare for succession or reduce the owner's share of business management. Creating a system with procedures/processes that improve the operation of the company and/or separate the owner from the board.
- Help you find a co-investor.
- Perform supervisory functions (supervisory board member).
- Analyze the business ideas, be a sparring partner for someone in the decision-making processes.
- Help a foreign investor to install himself in Poland.

Business can consist in building a settlement of single-family houses, logistics center or creating completely different product or service. It is important for business to bring fair added value to people’s lives, and only as a result of these actions – to bring a fair profit to the investor.
